D'Youville Accepted Into NCAA Division II Membership
D'Youville has been accepted into NCAA Division II membership and will officially compete as a member of the East Coast Conference. Since 2001, the university has competed at the NCAA Division III level. The application to reclassify to Division II membership was submitted on February 1, 2020, after careful consideration from the Athletics Department and administration.

D'Youville Announces New Visual Identity and Mascot
Two weeks ago, D'Youville announced a new Athletic identity - the Saints. Yesterday, the university revealed the school's new logo and mascot in a video release on social media.

Shenika McIntosh '11

Shenika McIntosh, a 2011 alumna in occupational therapy, was named to the “Bahamas 40 Under 40” list by Professional Services Bahamas in recognition of her professional and volunteer accomplishments.

McIntosh opened Occupational Therapy Consulting Services in 2016, which specializes as a pediatric practice providing center-based, school-based, and home healthcare options. She is the founding member and president of the Occupational Therapy Association of the Bahamas and also serves as the delegate for the Bahamas for the World Federation of Occupational Therapy.
