Alumni ID Card

For access to The Health Professions Hub, College Center Fitness Facility and the Montante Family Library, please send an email to with the following information:

  1. Full name
  2. Class Year
  3. Program
  4. Address
  5. Cell phone
  6. Personal email
  7. Employer
  8. Job title

To retain or reactive a D’Youville email account, please list your D’Youville email along with your Alumni ID card data submission. The IT department will verify next steps. Upon completion of the submission, the alumni office will submit your information for a D’Youville email address (required) and password.

  1. You will receive your new email address and initial password from the Alumni Office.
  2. You must reset your password and setup Multi Factor Authentication on your D’Youville email account. Instructions for uploading your ID photo through the Cloud Card Automated System will be sent via email to the D’Youville email account.
  3. Submit your photo and complete the steps in this process BEFORE visiting campus to pick up your badge.  For questions or concerns with the badge photo submission process, please contact the Campus ID Card email:
    The Alumni Office will contact you when your ID card is ready. The average turnaround is 14 business days.
  4. Pick up your card at the Campus Safety Desk located in the D’Youville Academic Center (DAC). The Academic Center is located next to parking lot A. Please park in the visitor parking spaces next to the front entrance. As the card is a form of identification, you have to retrieve your own personal ID Card. It can not be picked up by another or mailed to you.
