Julia Chatigny-Blais Memorial Scholarship

Julia Chatigny-Blais passed away on September 24, 2021, at the age of 23. Julia was a third-year doctor of chiropractic student at D’Youville. Her classmates will remember her as having an exceptional academic record; beloved by faculty and friends. Julia was posthumously presented with her diploma and white coat in a special ceremony where her parents, Chris and Isabelle, and fiancé, Anthony, were present. Outside the classroom, Julia was passionate about making the world a better place and was committed to do so with her fiancé, Anthony. When she wasn’t with friends, Julia loved being at the barn alongside her horse and various animals. She will be greatly missed by family, friends and the D’Youville community.

Memorial gifts are being accepted with the goal to raise $25,000 to create a perpetual scholarship in Julia’s name.
