All Souls Day

The season of thanks is upon us this October and November. Feast Day of Saint Marguerite d’Youville and All Souls’ Day are two very special days for D’Youville University.

We look to the namesake of the University to guide our mission of educating students to reach their academic and career goals, to instill character to become changemakers, and do well for themselves and their communities through acts of service. Today, students from over 25 states and over 15 countries join in understanding the impact of volunteering while developing a connection to the City of Buffalo and the West Side community. Today’s students continue to honor the past and live the vision of “never refusing to serve.”

As we celebrate Feast Day and remember all of our faithful departed on All Souls’ Day, we invite you to provide a list of names for us to place in the chapel for remembrance and prayer. We will begin a campus-wide prayer service for each of our name submissions.
